Returns & Refunds

At Apeiron Kitchenware, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging.
• Personalized or customized items cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.
• Proof of purchase or receipt is required.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@apeiron.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
